Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Pitch services, explain onboarding requirements, support documentation needs, and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information in Airtable, Uber, and internal trackers; ensure customers are marked “Registered & Ready for Training.”
- Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding, upload required documents, and address inquiries for a smooth experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop-offs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Validation, and Training teams for seamless customer handovers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms (e.g., Airtable, Uber systems) is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
