Cost Controller Job Nickolee Hotel

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control all hotel operational costs, including F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative expenses.
  • Prepare accurate cost reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory, procurement, and expenditure.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial close processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in cost control or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel operations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial software (Opera & MC).
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally
