Overall Purpose of the Job:

  • Reporting to the Head of Emergency Rescue Services and Training, the Clinical Officer will provide high-quality primary healthcare services, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and support workplace health, wellness, and safety.
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including assessment, treatment, follow-up, and emergency management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and perform routine clinical procedures
  • Conduct employee health checks and support workplace wellness, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Prepare and submit clinical and operational reports
  • Coordinate referrals, emergency evacuations, and collaborate with HR, Safety, and Welfare teams to support employee wellbeing
  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery with valid registration and practising license
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or occupational health settings
  • Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a stand-alone clinic
  • High professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and customer-focused care
  • ICT proficiency and training in BLS/ALS (an added advantage)
  • Experience in corporate or industrial clinic settings is desirable
