Positions Summary

You will have overall responsibility for achievement of footfalls & revenue targets for the Diagnostic Services, manage & implement business development activities across all schemes of Cash, Corporates, Insurances, Doctors & Facilities.

Business Growth:

  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, & corporate clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients & recommend appropriate diagnostic services.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business related field
  • At least three (3) years of progressive relevant experience in healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and public relation skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills

Note: Job Location is Meditest Mombasa Branch
