The successful candidate will play a key role in generating revenue by promoting the company’s products and solutions.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and quotations for company products and services.  Lead negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business development reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and maintain excellent after-sales relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
