We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our prestigious Upperhill Premier Branch. This is a pivotal role focused on driving performance, fostering a high-achieving sales culture, and cementing Pioneer Assurance’s reputation in the high-net-worth segment.
The Branch Manager supports the growth of Pioneer Assurance’s life retail business through recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team of Financial Advisors and Unit Managers, while ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead & Mentor: Drive the recruitment, training, and continuous development of the sales team (Financial Advisors and Unit Managers).
- Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to ensure the timely achievement of set goals.
- Client Relationship: Promote and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns.
- Marketing & Operations: Oversee local marketing strategies, industry knowledge, and operational duties at the Upperhill premier branch.
- Market Knowledge: Keep updated on market trends and developments.
- Client Relations: Oversee clients’ experience and drive positive, strong relationships with high-net-worth customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Held a sales leadership position in a financial industry for at least 3 years.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Qualifications: (ACII, AIIK) will be an added advantage.
- Age: Minimum of 30 years.
- Track Record: Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, especially in the insurance or financial sectors.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Nairobi market segment.
