Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote garage services (both online and offline).
- Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Create and distribute marketing materials- flyers, posters, social media content, etc.
- Manage and grow the garage’s online presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Organize activations, roadshows, or car clinic events.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Coordinate closely with the service team to align offers and promotions.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ marketing experience in the garage, car service, or motor industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and customer needs.
- Creative thinking and hands-on experience in digital and field marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with ability to meet targets and deadlines.
