Translate technical analyses into clear, compelling storylines aligned with reform priorities and decision windows.
Support leadership with strategic framing for policy influence and external engagement.
Lead the development of knowledge management and dissemination strategies.

Content Development & Editorial Leadership

  • Produce and edit high-quality communications products, including:
  • Policy briefs and synthesis notes
  • Donor and partner reports
  • Op-eds, blogs, and thought leadership pieces
  • Executive summaries and launch materials
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and rigor across all written outputs.
  • Advise on tailoring messaging and messaging strategies for different audiences.
  • Work directly with implementation and delivery teams to identify, develop and package high quality technical products that showcase SGHI’s expertise and learning including case studies, implementation briefs, technical reports, and evidence summaries.

Advocacy & External Engagement

  • Support advocacy strategies linked to all our program areas.
  • Identify opportunities for media engagement, convenings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support preparation of speeches, talking points, and briefings for senior leadership.

Brand, Profile & Communications Systems

  • Contribute to SGHI’s communications strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Ensure SGHI’s voice and positioning reflect its role as a trusted, evidence-driven system builder.
  • Coordinate communications around key moments (policy launches, summits, donor convenings).
