CIB Kenya is hiring an Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Employee Relations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR data integrity across HRIS and payroll platforms.
- Manage employee documentation, onboarding, changes, and exits.
- Track and report on HR metrics (turnover, learning hours, etc.).
- Support grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance with labor laws.
- Administer staff benefits and support wellness programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- IHRM membership required; certifications in HRIS, payroll, or analytics are a plus.
- Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, with 3+ in operations or employee relations.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, MS Excel, and labor law compliance.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Able to handle complex employee issues and maintain confidentiality.
