The role is responsible for supporting the finance function through accurate processing, recording, and reconciliation of financial transactions. The position ensures timely posting and verification of supplier invoices, reconciliation of creditors and bank accounts, tracking of expenses, and proper maintenance of financial records. The role also supports month-end closing, audits, and stocktaking exercises while ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Regular financial reporting to the Senior Accountant and management is an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Part II) or ACCA Level II qualification is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
