Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and support others.
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Entry: Accurately input daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Petty Cash Support: Reconcile and manage petty cash transactions under supervision.
- Expense Tracking: Collect and verify receipts and payment vouchers, ensuring timely processing.
- Office Administration: Assist with office maintenance, supply procurement, and coordination of support staff.
- Event Support: Provide administrative and financial assistance during company events.
- Cross-functional Exposure: Collaborate with both Finance and Events teams to streamline processes.
