Accountant Job Suguna Foods Nairobi, Kenya
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage and coordinate accounting activities across multiple retail outlets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one (e.g., CPA/ACCA) is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, FMCG, or another multi-branch environment.
- Experience working with POS systems and accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Experience coordinating financial activities across multiple locations is highly desirable.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of outlet reconciliations.
- Reduction in cash, sales, and stock discrepancies.
- Timely submission of financial reports.
- Accuracy of inventory and outlet accounting records.
- Compliance with financial policies and controls.
- Timely resolution of accounting discrepancies.
