Depot In-charge Job Suguna Foods Nairobi, Kenya
The Depot In-Charge is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the depot.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in depot, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Experience in supervising and managing operational staff.
- Good knowledge of inventory andwarehouse management procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant inventory management systems.
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
- Experience in fleet or transport coordination is an added advantage.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy and stock control.
- Timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Reduction of stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Depot cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Staff productivity and attendance.
- Timely submission and accuracy of operational reports.
- Compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Efficient utilization of depot resources.
