About The Role
BioKenya is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and driven graduate to join our team as a Workforce Development Associate.
This role sits at the center of the organization and combines:
- Programme coordination
- Executive support
- Stakeholder engagement
You will support the execution of our flagship leadership programme while ensuring structured coordination of the CEO’s work and priorities.
This is a high-responsibility role suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of the SBS Leadership Programme
- Manage meeting schedules, calendars, and daily priorities
- Take structured meeting notes and track action points
- Ensure timely follow-up on all tasks and commitments
- Maintain organized documentation and shared files
- Support engagement with academic and global partners
- Conduct research and prepare concise industry briefs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Pharmacy
- Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Must have graduated within the last 5 years
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
