Waiters/Waitresses Job Salona Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly, present menus, and enthusiastically answer questions about specials.
- Take precise food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring table setups remain clean and organized.
- Check in on guests periodically during their meal to clear dishes, refill drinks, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Prepare and present accurate guest bills and assist cashiers with processing final payments.
Key Requirements:
- Certificate in Food and Beverage Service and Sales is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working as waitstaff in a busy restaurant, hotel, or lounge.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy service trays.
- A neat, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
