Responsibilities
- Sell and deliver flour products directly to retail outlets using assigned company vehicle or distribution channel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Manage a designated sales route and ensure all assigned outlets are serviced
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
- Ensure timely and accurate cash collection and reconciliation (where applicable)
- Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and ensure proper inventory management
- Ensure correct pricing, product rotation (FIFO), and visibility at customer outlets
- Identify and onboard new customers to grow the territory
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Provide daily sales reports, route performance updates, and market insights
Requirements
- A Diploma/Degree from a recognised Institution
- 2+ years of field sales experience in FMCG
- FIELD EXPERIENCE FMCG
- Responsible and reliable
- Time-conscious
- Good communication
- Presentable & professional
