Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

Technical Support & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on electrical distribution systems, power systems, instrumentation, and related applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Support customers during product selection, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards and industry regulations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical concerns.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather market feedback and provide recommendations to management on product improvements and new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track quotations, orders, deliveries, and project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company procedures.
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in technical sales, B2B engineering sales, or industrial business development.
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, power systems, instrumentation, and electrical safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
