Supervisor Job Salona Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule shifts for waitstaff, cashiers, and cleaning crews.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations across the restaurant and bar.
- Track daily expenses, review inventory counts, and report operational performance to management.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a busy hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
