- Expand the SupremeServ customer base in Kenya and neighboring countries
- Engage customers throughout the product lifecycle and identify installed base opportunities
- Achieving individual and team targets for order intake, revenue, and profitability
- Repair and manage tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations with accuracy and professionalism
- Oversee order processing to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP and CRM systems
- Payment collection by following up on overdue receivables
- Represent KSB at exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events to enhance market visibility
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and positive working environment with colleagues, partner customers.
