Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage customer expectations – that their issues are resolved in a reasonable and agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Serve as a communication channel between customers and Sybyl.
  • Identify and pursue service improvement initiatives for service delivery.
  • Ensure that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly followed.
  • Coordinate and manage all relevant stakeholders, including: engineers, customers, and other teams that are involved in service delivery operations.
  • Able to do documentation, including review of SLAs and system health check/maintenance reports. 
  • The ability to manage people effectively.
  • The ability to effectively lead meetings both physical and online
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Sybyl services offerings
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management
  • Open-minded, curious to understand and learn new perspectives
  • The ability to manage time effectively.
