The Role:
Mandate: Protect the margin and the physical inventory assets through rigorous governance and profit protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Asset Security: Full oversight of warehouse operations and daily physical inventory reconciliation.
- Zero-tolerance management of stock shrinkage
- The Regulatory Shield:
- Full management of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement.
- Direct oversight of Tax, KRA, KEBS, and ACA compliance, including strict excise stamp management.
- Commercial & Operational Control:
- Managing commercial control of Agency CEs (Cost Estimates) and activation spends.
- Tracking costs to ensure they are captured and tracked against ROI.
- Strategic Financial Governance:
- Direct management of P&L, Cash flow, and operational costs.
- Protecting the net margin
- Reporting and Audit
Ideal Profile:
- A University Degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced computer literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
