Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily
• housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors,
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of health,
• safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel areas, and back-of-house space
• environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards procedures, and quality standards of cleanliness.
• Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage.
