Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-quality prospects – scout and qualify dukas against Kapu’s criteria on location, foot traffic, owner profile, and trading history.
- Run the full sales cycle – pitch, handle objections, close. Target: 1–2 visits per qualified prospect.
- Own contract signing and deposit collection – no signed contract without a paid deposit, no exceptions.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs – work with setup, operations, and your TL to move stores from contract to go-live within one week.
- Build durable agent relationships – stay connected through the first 90 days, help agents hit their targets, escalate risks early.
- Contribute to the playbook – share what’s working and what’s not. Senior AEs shape how we sell, not just follow instructions
Requirements
- A Diploma/Degree from a recognised Institution
- 2+ years of field sales experience in FMCG
- FIELD EXPERIENCE FMCG
- Responsible and reliable
- Time-conscious
- Good communication
- Presentable & professional
