- SHA Membership Copy
- Rural Home Chief/Sub-Chief’s Original Letter
- Recent Passport Size Photos (2)
- Any other relevant testimonials
Qualifications & Experience
- Men – Minimum height: 5.9 feet
- Ladies – Minimum height: 5.7 feet
- Age: 22 – 45 years
- Minimum KCSE Grade D (Plain)
- Physically fit and medically sound
- Good conduct & communication skills
- Three (3) Referee Letters with their ID copies
