Job Description
We are seeking a Scheduler / Client Service Manager (CSM) to coordinate reliable home care services for our clients. This role oversees caregiver scheduling, client service coordination, service stability monitoring, and accurate documentation. The CSM ensures shifts are covered, caregiver-client relationships remain stable, and services meet agency standards. Strong operational judgment, communication skills, and multitasking ability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client schedules and caregiver assignments.
- Respond to call-offs and arrange coverage.
- Communicate updates with clients and caregivers.
- Monitor open shifts and maintain caregiver continuity.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Track authorizations to prevent overages.
- Maintain documentation in WellSky for payroll and billing accuracy.
- Participate in on-call rotation to resolve after-hours service issues.
