We are hiring on behalf of our client in the construction and building materials industry for a highly driven and customer-focused Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating customer orders and deliveries.

This role requires an aggressive, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of driving sales growth within a fast-paced construction environment.

Sales & Business Development

  • Market and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations
  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality concerns
  • Guide customers on product specifications and appropriate usage
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industry
  • Valid driving license with practical driving experience
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese language
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Mature, aggressive, and self-driven personality
