Job Overview

You will gain practical knowledge in sales processes, customer relationship management, and revenue generation while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales administration and coordination techniques (Scheduling, contracts, client communication)
• Managing client databases and maintaining accurate recordss
• Preparing professional proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Lead generation strategies including research, telesales, and email outreach
• Client engagement through site inspections and after-sales service

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); PMS/Delphi knowledge is an added advantage
•  Excellent written and spoken English
