Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector).
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical and Product Experts) to gather required documentation.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within strict deadlines.
- Maintain and update tender documentation, pricing schedules, and compliance records.
- Track tender results and maintain a tender database/reporting system.
- Ensure all submissions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team as required.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tender administration, sales support, or bid coordination.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
