Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector).
  • Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical and Product Experts) to gather required documentation.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within strict deadlines.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, pricing schedules, and compliance records.
  • Track tender results and maintain a tender database/reporting system.
  • Ensure all submissions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tender administration, sales support, or bid coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
