Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning orders to our customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of items during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition.
Qualifications
- A valid A2 driving license.
- At least 1 year of riding experience.
- Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English or Kiswahili.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Good customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Clean police clearance certificate.
