Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Rider role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Rider will be responsible for the secure and timely delivery of goods and medical supplies to designated locations. Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, maintaining accurate records, conducting routine checks and maintenance of the motorcycle, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. The Rider will act as a point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional Rider with a valid motorcycle license and an excellent record of safe driving practices
- Strong route planning, time management, and navigation skills
- Familiarity with Nairobi County’s routes and locations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain documentation and adhere to delivery schedules
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and safety protocols
- High level of integrity and responsibility, and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Prior experience handling medical supplies and adhering to hygiene standards is a plus
