We are looking for a responsible and detail-focused Public Area Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of all public spaces in our facility. This includes lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other common areas, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, staircases, elevators, restrooms, and entrances.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly.
• Replenish restroom supplies including soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spills to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned (e.g., carpet shampooing, floor polishing).
• Monitor public areas for cleanliness and appearance throughout the shift.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow company hygiene, health, and safety standards strictly.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests if approached.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work may be required.
• Fast-paced settings, often interacting with guests and staff.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (protective gear provided).
