The Role

The Online Sales Agent is the engine behind our customer acquisition. You’ll manage inbound leads, keep the pipeline moving, and turn conversations into closed sales , all while delivering the kind of experience that makes customers come back. This is not a passive role. You’ll be working across WhatsApp, phone, and messaging platforms simultaneously, tracking every lead in our CRM, and owning your numbers from the first hello to the final sale. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and genuinely love selling, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and orders across calls, WhatsApp, and messages, capturing orders accurately and representing MoKo with professionalism and warmth every time.
  • Own your pipeline in our CRM tracking leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth order processing and a seamless customer experience end to end.
  • Stick to your shift schedule while actively contributing to projects that improve how we communicate and sell.
  • Feed insights back into our lead nurturing process what’s working, what’s not, and how we can do it better.
  • Spot gaps in our workflows and suggest practical improvements to how we sell and serve customers.
  • Help bring new team members up to speed through shadowing and on-the-job coaching when needed.
  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma in any relevant field
  • Proficient with computers, digital tools, and CRM platforms
  • Available for rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays and public holidays
  • Based in or able to commute reliably to our Mlolongo, Nairobi office
  • A stable home fibre connection for remote work days
  • A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers
  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
