Requirements:
- Pursuing degree in Journalism, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to produce and edit stories across multimedia formats (text, video, graphic, interactive)
- Basic filming skills including camera operation and lighting
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
