Responsibilities
- Collect and label patient specimens accurately.
- Perform laboratory analyses in hematology, microbiology, immunology, and clinical chemistry.
- Ensure accuracy, safety, and timely release of results.
- Verify specimen validity and manage storage.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and records.
- Operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a KMLTTB-recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practicing license from KMLTTB.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ hospital laboratory experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
