Responsibilities

• Collect and label patient specimens accurately.
• Perform laboratory analyses in hematology, microbiology, immunology, and clinical chemistry.
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and timely release of results.
• Verify specimen validity and manage storage.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and records.
• Operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a KMLTTB-recognized institution.
• Valid registration and practicing license from KMLTTB.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ hospital laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
