Key Responsibilities
- GMP & Cleanroom Operations
- Assist in daily cleanroom activities (ISO-classified areas)
- Perform aseptic handling under biosafety cabinets (Class II)
- Maintain strict adherence to gowning and contamination control procedures
- Support environmental monitoring and cleaning documentation
- Maintain logbooks and batch manufacturing records
- Molecular Biology & Immunology Support
- DNA/RNA extraction
- cDNA synthesis
- Conventional PCR and RT-PCR
- qPCR (Real-Time PCR)
- Flow cytometry sample preparation and data acquisition
- ELISA and immunoassays
- Cell culture handling (primary cells preferred)
- Instrument Handling
- Operation of:
- PCR machines
- Real-Time PCR systems
- Flow cytometer CO₂ incubators Centrifuges
- Biosafety cabinets
- Micropipettes and analytical balances
- Routine calibration checks and maintenance coordination
- Proper equipment usage documentation
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain SOP records
- Support IQ/OQ/PQ documentation activities
- Ensure traceability and data integrity
- Maintain inventory of consumables and reagents

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience
- Prior exposure to:
- PCR / RT-PCR
- Flow Cytometry
- Cell Culture
- Experience in GMP or GLP environment is strongly preferred
- Experience in handling human samples is an advantage
