Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for ERP, payroll, and IT systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.

- Support hardware, email, and server configurations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in learning and working with ERP, payroll, and HR automation software.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professionalism and client-focused attitude.
- Ideal for early-career IT professionals (typically aged 22–28) seeking to build a career in IT support, with progression into ERP and payroll consulting
- Based in Nairobi and available for structured onboarding.
Growth Path
- Initial onboarding period (3–6 months) with training, mentorship, and accreditation.
- Performance evaluated on reliability, learning progress, and client support.
- Successful candidates transition into a full-time consultant role, working directly with Future Kenya’s ERP and payroll clients, with competitive salaries and clear career progression.
