Key Responsibilities
- Support entrepreneurs through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Collect, organize, and verify financial and business information for loan assessments.
- Capture accurate financial and business data into portfolio management systems.
- Track loan repayments and conduct follow-ups through calls, messages, or business visits.
- Prepare repayment status updates, dashboards, and portfolio reports.
- Maintain organized digital loan records for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with program teams by sharing business insights and supporting financial literacy initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling assessments,meetings, and investment committee documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork ability.
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or SMEs is an added advantage
