Internal Security Officer Job Kasarani TVC
Job Purpose:
To provide assistance to the procurement officer on strategic leadership in development, implementation and review of policies, procedures, frameworks, strategies, plans, legislations, standards and regulations on procurement management and Administration.
Reports to: The Deputy Principal Administration
Qualifications
For appointment to this position, an applicant must have:
- Certificate in Criminology or its equivalent from a recognized technical institution;
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade D+ or recognized equivalent qualification with at least a D in either Mathematics, English or Kiswahili;
- Occupational Health and Safety knowledge;
- 1 years of experience in security services, preferable a college;
- Must be a person who can work with minimum supervision, high integrity, possesses good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Certificate of good conduct.
- Should have computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office;
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Approaching suspicious persons
- Report Emergency cases
- Responding to incidents or alarms
- Screening of visitors
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity
- Reporting incidents and Enforcing safety measures
