- Diploma in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Communications Technology, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Data Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Job Description
- Collecting ICT operational data;
- Installing and configuring ICT end user devices;
- Installing, updating and configuring operating and application software;
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware issues;
- Providing ICT end user support;
- Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
- Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment;
- Undertaking basic ICT skilling; and
- Manning ICT helpdesk.
