InEvent is launching a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program open to students and recent graduates from all around the world. The program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while also contributing to the overall goal of our company. The fantastic part of this is that you get paid while learning and developing these skills!!!!
The program will run for 40 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote! At the end of the program, you could get the opportunity to work on a full-time basis with us at InEvent!

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes.
Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions; - Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company;
- Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns;
- Provide support esigning and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness;
- Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction;
- Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding;
- Experience with HRIS;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion;
- Experience with hiring;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
- Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal;
- Must speak English fluentlyÂ
- Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)
- Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
