Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overseeing human resource management activities. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
