DigitalQatalyst (DQ) operates in a fast-paced environment where employee performance is closely tracked to support payroll accuracy, accountability, and staff development. Our HR team manages structured monthly performance reviews and maintains employee data that supports important people decisions.
To strengthen this function, we are hiring three (4) HR Analysts who will support employee performance tracking, people data management, and the monthly performance review cycle.

Experience: 1–3 Years

The HR Analyst will support the HR team in tracking employee performance, managing people data, and coordinating the monthly performance review process. The role requires someone who is comfortable working with employee data, spreadsheets, reports, and structured HR processes.

  • Coordinate the monthly employee performance review cycle across departments.
  • Track completion of performance reviews and follow up with managers and supervisors where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate employee performance records and documentation.
  • Collect and organize employee performance data from different teams.
  • Update and maintain HR systems and performance tracking spreadsheets.
  • Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and summaries for management.
  • Support HR in linking performance results to payroll eligibility and probation outcomes.
  • Monitor employees under performance improvement plans and track their progress.
  • Ensure employee performance documentation meets company HR policies and standards.
  • Highlight significant performance issues or risks to the HR team.
  • Support continuous improvement of performance tracking and reporting processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with employee data and spreadsheets (especially Excel).
  • High attention to accuracy and detail when handling records.
  • Good report preparation and data organization skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up ability when working with managers and staff.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR administration, or people data management.
  • Experience working with Excel, HR systems, or performance tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with data, reports, and structured review processes.
