Hotel Supervisor Job
Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences across all departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, lodge, retreat, or similar hospitality establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reservation systems
- Ability to coordinate housekeeping, front office, reservations, F&B, and kitchen operations
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
