- Track competitor activity and market trends to refine pricing strategies and adjust sales tactics for improved market competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and bookings using CRM and property management systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in hotel sales, account management, or the wider hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred), Property Management Systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to build rapport with diverse client types and decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented approach to work with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
- Flexibility to attend client meetings, travel for site visits, and participate in evening networking events as required.
