  • Conduct property tours and develop persuasive presentations that showcase Hotel Boulevard’s facilities, amenities, and competitive advantages to prospective clients.
  • Prepare customised proposals and pricing packages for corporate meetings, weddings, group blocks, and other event requirements based on client specifications.
  • Negotiate terms and rates with clients, prepare contracts, and liaise with operations and events teams to ensure booking clarity and smooth execution.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to refine pricing strategies and adjust sales tactics for improved market competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and bookings using CRM and property management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in hotel sales, account management, or the wider hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred), Property Management Systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to build rapport with diverse client types and decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented approach to work with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings, travel for site visits, and participate in evening networking events as required.
