Our client, a new establishment in the hospitality industry, is looking for a hospitality supervisor to assist in managing daily operations, leading service teams, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. He/she will oversee operations in food and beverage, housekeeping, front office operations, the bar and swimming. Supports the Hotel Manager in business development, staff scheduling, and monitoring inventory.
General Requirements
- Education: A Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or food and beverage setting.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, professional guest relations, and attention to detail are critical.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
