Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Lounges, and Clubs within the assigned territory.
  • Actively sell the company’s portfolio of alcoholic beverages (Wines & Spirits) to HORECA clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Introduce and successfully launch new brands and SKUs into the HORECA market.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.

Account Management

  • Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotions, and menu placements with HORECA clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and follow-up schedules.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Promotions & Market Activation

  • Plan and execute product tastings, promotions, and brand activations in collaboration with management.
  • Educate customers and outlet staff on product knowledge, brand positioning, and serving suggestions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.

Collections & Reporting

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections in line with company credit policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track sales performance, stock movement, and customer trends.
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales and distribution of Alcoholic Beverages (Wines & Spirits).
  • Strong experience specifically within the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants & Bars).
  • Demonstrated experience in launching and promoting new brands in the market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to send professional emails to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
