Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy commercial vehicles such as trucks and trailers
- Transport goods to assigned destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel usage.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly.
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License for the corresponding position(preferably Class BCDE)
- Proven experience of more than three(3) years operating transportation and construction equipment such as commuter vehicles, truck- mounted cranes and aerial work platforms.
- Aged 25-40 years.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability and punctuality.
