Maison Capital is seeking motivated and results-driven Field Loan Officers / Debt Collectors to join our growing team. This role is key in driving loan sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective debt recovery. Successful candidates will balance office operations with regular fieldwork, meeting sales and collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell loan products to new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Onboard clients and ensure compliance with lending policies.
- Monitor loan accounts and follow up on repayments.
- Conduct field visits to recover overdue loans and submit daily updates.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, credit operations, or debt collection.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrity, accountability, and customer focus.
