Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and digitally skilled Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns. This role is suited for a candidate with practical experience in digital media buying, platform management, SEO, analytics, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate understands how to use digital channels strategically to drive visibility, engagement, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels.
  • Execute paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and search performance tracking.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and related reporting tools.
  • Generate campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to improve digital performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align digital activity with campaign and business objectives.
  • Track platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital opportunities to improve results.
  • Support content performance analysis and recommend optimization actions based on data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and related digital tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret results, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Added Advantage

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or other analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, conversion monitoring, and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Agency experience or experience managing multiple campaigns at once.
