Digital Graphics & Marketing Manager Job

  • Lead the design and execution of all digital visual content (social media, website, campaigns, advertisements, and branding materials)
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Manage and grow social media platforms through creative, data-driven campaigns
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights and trends
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with design trends, digital tools, and marketing innovations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role (Digital Marketing / Graphic Design / Brand Management)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, SEO/SEM)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
